Library borrowers must return or renew items before their due date, which doesn't include holidays and vacations. When an item becomes overdue, borrowing privileges will be blocked until the item is returned. Fine for overdue items is 0.1 Yuan per day each overdue book. Payments may be made via cash and be paid in-person at the circulation Desk (first floor) during normal business hours.
